Adopting customer-oriented work as a principle, Intal Metall GmbH supplies aluminum profiles with various extrusion press lines, in special lengths and shapes when necessary.

In the mechanical processing department, precision cut-to-length, semi-automatic/automatic eccentric press equipment, drilling, countersinking, and punch hole works are carried out meticulously under the standards requested by the customers. 

In our 7 meter-long anodized baths, in line with the demands of our customers, under the control of QUALANOD standards, in addition to matte anodized, polished anodized, and chemical anodized (glossy) surface finishing, colored anodized surface finishing such as gold, bronze, titanium, inox and black are carried out.

As Intal Metall GmbH, we supply up to 7-meter-long customized color applications with all RAL colors in the electrostatic paint facility, all under the oversight of QUALICOAT standards. 

Furthermore, thanks to our decorative wood design coating line for floor profiles, the profiles appropriate for parquet flooring can be easily supplied with the standard/specially manufactured wooden PVC foil coating required by our customers.
